Autarky EV Return & Warranty PolicyAll merchandise supplied by Autarky EV is covered by our warranty and return policy. Before any return, please contact Customer Service/Technical Support so we can help troubleshoot your issue.
⚠️ Do not ship any item back to Autarky EV without an RMA number. Any returns sent without an authorized RMA may be refused. All returns with authorized RMA’s must be shipped back to Autarky EV within 2 weeks of the RMA being issued.

30-Day Return Policy – GeneralNot satisfied with your purchase, or realized it’s not the right fit for your application? You may return any new, unused, uninstalled, and unaltered item within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Refund Policy

• Returned products must be new, unused, uninstalled, and unaltered, and include the original packaging, manuals, guides, hardware, cables, warranty cards, and accessories.
  
• Once your return is received and inspected by Autarky EV or our designated warehouse (usually within 2 business days), a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take an additional 2–10 business days to post.
  
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  

👉 Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple units with the intent to return most of them. If you’re unsure which product you need, contact our sales team — we’re happy to help.

Return Shipping Instructions

• Use the carrier of your choice with tracking and insurance.
  
• Ship to the address we provide with your RMA.
  
• Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and include a paper copy inside.
  
• All returns must be prepaid; COD packages will be refused.
  
• Do not tape or write on the original product box. Place it inside a shipping box.
  

Autarky EV is not responsible for packages lost in return shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

ExchangesNeed a different product? After processing your return, simply place a new order. This ensures you get your new equipment quickly. Return shipping costs for the original item remain your responsibility.

Marketplace PurchasesIf you purchased through Amazon, Walmart.com, or eBay, please process your return through the respective marketplace. Autarky EV cannot process those returns directly until the marketplace communicates with us.

Order Cancellation / ModificationsOrders can only be canceled or modified before processing (usually before 1:00 PM PST). After that, your order must be handled as a return.

Used or Installed MerchandiseAny product that has been installed or shows signs of installation/use is considered used and cannot be returned. Signs include:

• Screw marks, scratches, stains, bent tabs, drilled holes, or wear.
  

If you can no longer return an item, consider selling through local channels such as Craigslist, eBay, or forums.

International Returns

• Mark all returns as “Merchandise Return.”
  
• Customers are responsible for customs and brokerage fees.
  
• Any COD shipments or packages billed to Autarky EV will be refused.
  

If Your Product Arrives DamagedContact us immediately. Keep all packaging and take photos. We will arrange for an exchange at no cost to you.

Warranty Repairs After 30 Days (Excluding Victron Products)Most manufacturers provide warranties for product defects. If you need assistance identifying the manufacturer’s warranty process, contact us and we’ll help.
Please note: Warranty repairs may take 4–8 weeks and are subject to manufacturer policies.

Warranty Repairs After 30 Days (Victron Products Only)Victron products include long warranties backed by Victron. Autarky EV will help coordinate warranty repairs at an authorized Victron service center.
If your Victron product fails within warranty:

• Complete the Victron Warranty Form on our site.
  
• Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
